350 / 450 Las Olas Boulevard consists of two garages operated under one cloud-based SmartPark Management System. Each garage has 4 lanes accommodating monthlies and transients. All lanes are equipped with License Plate Recognition cameras operating with an outstanding 98% accuracy rate, enhancing the parking experience.
This unique site has the first TIBA X60 product line in South Florida and it has been operating the facilities seamlessly since July 2020.

With 4 parking facilities totaling 4,788 parking spaces across 29 lanes, the Port sought to better control and track access to its facilities. Pinnacle Parking deployed License Plate Recognition in each lane, with one command center for all sites, as well as 16 Pay-on-Foot Stations supporting NFC Payments (ApplePay, GooglePay, Tap2Pay) streamlining operations, enhancing security, audit function and the end-user experience.
BAC Colonnade is an iconic office building boasting Mediterranean-style architecture in the heart of Coral Gables’ downtown, originally built in 1926.
The parking garage is made up of 4 lanes – 2 entries and 2 exits equipped with the latest TIBA X60 product line supporting NFC contactless payments such as ApplePay, GooglePay and Tap2Pay. They have Entry Stations, Card Readers and aPay-on Foot accommodating monthlies, transients, and valet. The project was completed in March of 2021.
This municipality chose the TIBA X30 line for their two public, high-traffic garages to ensure their operational efficiency and financial performance were the best they could be.
The garages consist of 4 lanes each, 2 entries and 2 exits, with 2 Pay-on-Foot stations. This project was completed in December 2020.
